Ever wonder what your brain’s up to while you sleep? It’s not just resting—it’s working through 4 powerful stages that restore your body and mind.

Stage 1 (NREM): Light sleep, where you drift off and your body starts to relax .
Stage 2 (NREM): Deeper sleep, with slower brain waves and reduced body temp.
Stage 3 (NREM): Deep sleep—your body repairs, regenerates, and strengthens
Stage 4 (REM): Dream time! Your brain processes memories and emotions while your body stays still.

Each cycle lasts about 90 minutes, and you go through 4–6 per night. Quality sleep = better mood, memory, and health.
