🔥 The 5 Stages of Burnout – Where Are You? 🔥

Burnout doesn’t happen overnight — it builds over time. Recognizing the stages early can help you take action before it impacts your health.

1️⃣ Honeymoon Phase – High energy, high productivity, saying “yes” to everything.
2️⃣ Onset of Stress – Starting to feel tired, irritable, or overwhelmed.
3️⃣ Chronic Stress – Trouble sleeping, decreased motivation, work feels heavier.
4️⃣ Burnout – Exhaustion, detachment, reduced performance, mental fog.
5️⃣ Habitual Burnout – Persistent mental, emotional, and physical fatigue that becomes your “normal.”

💡 Why it matters: Burnout affects more than just your job — it impacts your mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life.

It was amazing to see so many athletes and coaches show up—even during fall break—to learn and share about the mental side of performance. Your energy, questions, and openness made the night so impactful.

✨ Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes it’s about having little reminders ready for when you need them most.

A self-care jar is a simple but powerful tool:
💡 Write down your favorite self-care activities (big or small).
💡 Keep them in a jar.
💡 When stress or low energy hits, pull one out and give yourself permission to do it.

It’s an easy way to take the guesswork out of self-care and remind yourself that you deserve to rest, recharge, and be kind to yourself. 💙
