On my break I’ve been really focused on surrender, connection, and stillness.

As some of you might know mediumship has always been apart of my journey but a part I keep closely to my heart. I don’t do many sessions and when I do they are when I feel Spirit has approached me and encouraged the connection.

This is in part because I find it so personal and sacred but also in part because the mediumship world is very hard to navigate when it comes to mentors and trusted sources.

As someone who was introduced to death and grief at such a young age and who has been surrounded by those energies throughout my life. I wholeheartedly understand the weight of a medium and how large of an impact they can make. Whether that be a positive impact or a negative one.

I honestly didn’t find another mediums that I resonated with until I came across and TikTok pages and then TikTok page which lead me to the incredible author of this book

is everything I was looking for when it came to an example of a professional medium. He is evidence-based, grounded, and understands the importance and living a human experience.

Most importantly, he understands the impact a medium has on a grieving individual and the moral and ethical values one must have to be of true service.

Just saw an amazing post by that reminded me it’s

Tarot has changed my life.

It was the key I used to unlock my truest self.

No matter where I’ve been or what I’ve been through, tarot has always been there with me.

It is a tool, a friend, a guide, a teacher, a community, a portal.

I would not be the person I am today without the tarot and every single day I am grateful for that.

Thank you to the tarot community, to my mentors, to the ones that inspire me everyday, and to the tarot itself.

May you reach for your deck today and sit down with one or multiple of your tarot besties 🥰

I want to remind my clients, friends, and now you, that it’s okay to pause.

It’s okay to be still and to tune into what your intuition it actually trying to tell you.

Especially when your mind has been running the show and not your heart.

Take a moment. Tune everything else out.

And then sit in the silence.

Put down your guard.

Open your heart and see where your true navigation system is trying to lead you towards.

It may be towards the openess and joy that can be felt when one bathes in the sun

When your tarot besties say it’s time to travel - you travel!

Talking with the Tarot has made it to the beach and I must say we are enjoying ourselves.

Daily card convos just hit a little different with the sun shining on you and the wind blowing through your hair.

This is a much needed refresh and recentering for me.

I was resistant at first because my Capricorn rising isn’t the biggest fan of impulsive trips but after a few days of grounding, I am a happy cap 🥰

Enjoying a much earned beach sabbatical while reconnecting back to my creativity.

Creating from my heart has always been what centers me even if I can be a little hard on myself when it comes to the “success” of said creation.

I’m grateful that I now get to spend some time outside of work and just remeber what it’s like to be.
