I see some new faces around here, so let me reintroduce myself! 👋🏼 I’m Alyssa, the owner behind The Little Haven. My approach blends therapeutic and neuromuscular techniques to provide effective bodywork, but more than anything, I want my space to be a place where you can let go of outside stressors and reconnect with your body.⁣

Outside the studio, I find beauty in the unconventional, whether it’s in music, art, or the little quirks of everyday life, I’m drawn to the offbeat. You’ll often find me digging through vintage records (shoutout to Housewolf Records), cooking up something new with a nice glass of wine, or exploring the outdoors with my dog, usually near Lake Allatoona or Red Top Mountain.⁣
