Yin and Puppies!!! Saturday, September 13th from 2:30pm - 3:30pm, join Ember Yoga and Ruff Dog Rescue as we embark on a yoga experience like no other ... with puppies! This yin-style Puppy Yoga class promises to be good for your body, heart and soul. A simple cuddle with our furry friends has been proven to elevate your serotonin and dopamine levels. And the puppies will be adoptable! Children age 8 and up can attend. All proceeds go to support Ruff Dog Rescue, a non-profit 501c(3) dog rescue group.

Join us for this 50-hour teacher training to learn how to teach our popular Yoga Sculpt class! Yoga sculpt is an upbeat class that incorporates hand-weights, inspiring music, high-intensity cardio, and core work with a yoga flow for a high-energy, high-calorie burning workout.

In this course you will learn everything you need to teach Yoga Sculpt safely and effectively. No prior teaching experience is required.

Training will be led by Jesse Greener. Jesse is 200 hour RYT trained and has led and assisted in multiple sculpt teacher trainings. Want to experience more of what you’ll be learning? Come sculpt with Jesse Mondays at 10am, Tuesdays at 12pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm!

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Four weeks (September 2nd -28th)
Tuesdays 6-9 pm
Sundays 12-4:30 pm

Join Ember for FREE outdoor yoga classes at the Woodstock Arts Event Green Space (this is the park behind Reformation Brewery on Market Street). Classes will be 60 minutes and beginner friendly. Kids are welcome to join!
Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle. We are expecting a big turnout and would love our regulars to be present to welcome all the new yogis!

Congratulations to all of our spring yoga challenge participants!!! So many came very close! We had over 25 students complete 30 classes in 60 days, over 10 finished 45 in 30 days and 5 finished 60 classes in 60 days. 60 class yoga champs are getting a vintage ember yoga bottle!!! Next challenge will be in October!

Soundbath - Vibrational

The Summer 60 Day Challenge starts NOW! We challenge you to take 30 or 45 or 60 yoga classes in the next 60 days at Ember. Which challenge level should you choose? Go for the level that will challenge you at where you are in your practice. If you are currently attending twice a week or less challenge yourself by taking on the 30 in 60 or the 45 in 60 level. If you are already attending three times a week or more, challenge yourself by taking on the 45 in 60 or the 60 in 60 level. The ultimate goal is to bring more yoga into your life in a sustainable way that
