“Remember that in every attack you call upon your own weakness, while each time you forgive you call upon the strength of Christ in you” ACIM lesson 62(3).

In my humanness, I have a habit of making judgments about people and situations, as well as judgments about myself and I’ve been working on loving instead of judging. Today’s lesson in ACIM really hit me. When we judge others, we are criticizing God’s creation, same holds true for judging ourselves.

It’s time to forgive myself and to love ALL creation as God does, without condition.

Be well!

It’s true.

Look for the beauty in people to have more of it appear. As you look for the good things in a person, you will be amazed, stunned, and wowed at what happens!

“We all experience the mundane nature of modern living,” says Dr. Glenn Geher, “It’s kind of embedded in our everyday lives and there’s not much that we can do about it... And we so often find ourselves framing tasks in our everyday lives as ‘obligations’ rather than as ‘opportunities.’ Given our mind’s capacity for flexibility and cognitive reframing, how about seeing life as an adventure rather than as a set of mundane hassles?”

We challenge you to look for beauty in everyday life adventures and see the opportunities of appreciation and love that comes from them!

My current practice is to live deliberately by choosing in each moment to live a fulfilling life instead of my previous practice of living by default and reacting to circumstances. How are you showing up for yourself?

News Flash! You are 100% responsible for your own life. That’s right. YOU are responsible for it. The universe gave you this life to do what you want with it and make it what you desire. So take responsibility for your life and show up for yourself. When you take responsibility for your life, you ...

We all could use a little more joy in our lives. Here's a practice that might help us develop our capacity for more joy.

Joy is a capacity we all have that can be trained and developed—It is a primary component of psychological well-being, encompassing moments of appreciation, enduring contentment, and a sense of confidence and gratitude.

What exactly does mindfulness mean? It's basically the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are, and what we're doing. Being present makes it easier for us to be less reactive and/or overwhelmed by what's going on around us.
Science shows that mindfulness helps with stress, fights inflammation in the body, and helps us better deal with our emotions.

A new study finds that being mindful can affect not only how you feel about the stressors of your life, but how you actively cope with them.
