ARIS HOT Yoga + Pilates November MEMBER SPOTLIGHT PRESENTS: Kim D. Kim brings an amazing kindness to our space. She was new to the heat when she started over a year ago! She comes 4 or more times a week as an unlimited member! Her favorite class is Strength & Stretch and her favorite pose is resting pigeon!

When we asked KIM what she would say about the community and heat to someone on the fence about joining her in class she said:

“Don’t think, just show up and do what you can do!” Kim will tell you: “Hot yoga is an excellent detoxing strategy and stimulates healthy lymph flow!!”Thank you, Kim, for being such an inspirational part of the ARIS community!

ARIS Hot Yoga + Pilates 5:30a Rise & Surprise class with Amy featured a wonderful Yin-Yasa flow, providing a perfect balance of power and pause as we adjust to the time change.

For our Planksgiving challenge, today’s 9a and 6p classes will include a 60-second plank hold.

We’re also excited to announce our new teacher classes, adding three additional Hot Pilates classes to our weekly schedule! These classes offer our new teachers the opportunity to complete their practicum hours. We invite you to come support and celebrate their journeys while getting a great sweat. These classes are included in all memberships, and non-members can drop in for a reduced rate of $20.

No matter what your week holds, we’re here to hold space and help you find your balance!

Happy Friday!! Starved Rock weekend was so amazing. Tulum has a few spots left….Where are we going next??? These aren’t just for the women though yes we are always needing a girls get away. Even if it’s just to the bathroom in a public place. We’re going and we’re going together. No denying that!! ✈️
