*90,000 bottles of children’s ibuprofen were voluntarily recalled
*Affected bottles have an expiration date of 1/31/27
*Affected lot numbers are 7261973A and 7261974A

*Recall was for reports of a gel-like mass and black particles inside the bottles, but the substance has not been publicly confirmed and the likelihood of serious harm is low
The federal agency said the Class II recall is nationwide.
