Our weekly yoga schedule!

Mike teaches Mondays and every other Friday Evenings!
Hailey teaches Wednesdays every other Friday Evenings and Saturday Mornings!

Your first class is free, day passes are $15, yoga punch cards are $120 for 10 classes.

I wanted to thank everyone that came out for our big Valentines weekend of activities! I also wanted to thank Massage Therapy by Dagmara Kruk for partnering with me for our 6th year in a row doing these couples massages!

I also wanted to thank Diesels Brews for adding to our Valentine’s Day Take Home bags! All of that effort coming together really made the weekend special! I couldn’t have done it without you!

Last Saturday we took a field trip to MCC’s Great Seed (and soil) event where we were able to find a bunch of seeds to start growing our own food.

Our nutritionist Marissa walked us through the importance of growing your own food and how doing so could benefit your overall health and wellness.
