Exciting News from Upper Valley Rehab!

We are in the process of adding additional clinic locations in the Upper Valley Area!

With that announcement, we need you!
Upper Valley Rehabilitation, Inc. is a well-established Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Company in Vermont. We are looking for part time and/or full time Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team of skilled clinicians to help a wide variety of patients return to activities they love. We see a range of ages from youth to older adult for general orthopedic conditions, advnaced manual therapies, post-operative care, injury, and sports rehab. We look forward to hearing from you!

We are looking for part time or full time Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team of skilled clinicians to help a wide variety of patients return to activities they love.
