Shenandoah Memorial Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our acute care nursing units. This role provides essential leadership, oversight, and support to ensure high‑quality patient care and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and support nursing staff, including hiring, coaching, and evaluations
• Drive quality improvement and participate in hospital PI initiatives
• Manage patient throughput, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and service lines to support multidisciplinary care
• Develop departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities
