Ryan Dorko, of Mystic Balance, will lead a light meditation and breathwork course for beginner and experienced meditators alike on Monday, Sept. 8, at 6 p.m. Dorko will help those who are new to meditation or who haven't had success with traditional meditation get started. Participants will advance in class based on their experience and mindset.
Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a small pillow if desired, a blanket for comfort and water.
This activity is free and open to the public; no library card is needed. Registration is required.
