2 more satisfied customers 👍🏻 Hallie was a little nervous because she’s never brought her baby to see a chiropractor before, but I reassured her that Baby Crew was in good hands. I’m happy to say they are both now pain free! The lollipop helped, too.

Last year, I got the opportunity to start working with my high school’s football team, and I couldn’t pass it up! It’s been such a fun experience treating these athletes to get them in the best shape before big games. This week is the first round of playoffs against Hampton Highschool.

This morning, we got to show our support for a great cause at the Live Like Laken 5K. Over 800 people came out to participate! Dr. Emmanuel & I got to work on a bunch of athletes before and after the event, and Abby & Julie ran the race. I'm thankful to work with such a great team!

We had an awesome time working on athletes and sponsoring the Lutzie 5K. I've done a lot of events and races, and this one is always the best! The volunteers are so helpful and the cause is very special and close to home for me and the local community.

They boys had a great time. They threw the football for most of the time and Hayes had a good showing in the 100 yard race! The kid is getting ready for football.

Would not recommend having your COO () go out of town during an event weekend. I forgot to bring the 100 koozies and 100 stress balls. Comment here if you want one 🤦‍♂️

This morning was a BEAST of a workout. The added weight vest really makes you suffer and puts an extra emphasis on how hard military personnel actually have it. We Thank all you you for your sacrifice and strength.

And as always, call this week to get your recovery in the office! I hit the boots up 30 minutes after and I feel much better (still miserable, but much better)
