I definitely missed 3 or 4 days, but daily June breathwork sessions were beautifully centering. Im so happy to be in a Vermont summer!

For the last few years I have been absolutely consumed with pain, the way I move about in this existence has changed in so many ways. 'Aloha spirit thru the dark' and now 13 weeks post op, hip replacement, my quality of life has been restored!
This reunion with my family and friends has mended relationships, filled my heart and recharged my soul! 🥰

As I make my way back East next week, I will be taking appointments again, please message me.
