REIKI PRINCIPLES…bringing us to the eye of the storm. I am devoted to the Reiki Principles, and I recite them every day. When I experience frustration, anger, annoyance, worry, or apprehension, I “check in” with the Reiki Principles. I offer myself time to reflect on my thoughts and feelings; to consider positive ways to cope with distress in that moment; to appreciate the myriad of blessings in my life. I think about devoting my energies to sharing more kindness with myself and others. I breathe and ground myself. I tell my clients and students that Reiki will bring us that place of feeling calm and peaceful no matter what chaos is swirling around us. Recite the Reiki Principles. Every. Day.
