This Saturday Sept 7 from 4-6pm join me and my dear friend and yoga teacher Alexandra Tse for a yin and restorative yoga class with sound and aromatherapy scent to relax your mind, body, restoring the nervous system Shakti Yoga Woodstock!! As massage therapists we will be providing plenty of hands on therapeutic touch and adjustments for an even deeper experience (optional). Bring a Friend or two!

When we carve out the space to take care of our body through movement, stretch through the senses we are taking care of our physiological internal system that is the nervous system, bringing more energy, vitality, and overall happiness and calm.

We are excited to open registration for our upcoming Fall Equinox Women's Retreat here in Woodstock, NY!

Sept 21-22 a two day nourishing program of mind and embodiment practices to connect to your Inner Queen. Each retreat gathers such a powerful amazing group of women who travel from all over.
