It’s a responsibility.

Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a legacy rooted in courage, compassion, and love for all people. As Dr. King reminded us, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, What are you doing for others?” We remain committed to affirming the dignity and value of every human life.

January is Sanctity of Human Life Month, and this year Sanctity of Human Life is celebrated on a Sunday, January 18, 2026, affirming the value of all human life from conception. 

This is a day we set aside every year to focus on the value of every human life since president Raegan proclaimed it in 1984.

Since 1990, The HOPE Center Woodstock has provided compassionate care to all women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to equip pregnant women to choose life and that every life is valued in families thrive in the love of Christ. 

We are grateful for God’s continued provision through the support of our generous partners.

Psalm 139 describes God‘s perfect knowledge of man. Psalm 139:13 says, For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother‘s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works that my soul knows very well.

Today, we join Franklin Graham in calling believers across America to pause for a time of prayer and repentance.

In a season marked by division, unrest, and uncertainty, Scripture reminds us that lasting renewal does not begin in politics or policies, but in humble hearts turned back to God.

“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven…” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

At noon today, we invite you to stop and pray:

- For repentance and spiritual awakening
- For peace in our communities
- For wisdom for our leaders
- For the Church to be an instrument of truth, grace, and calm

May we seek the Lord together, trusting Him to heal what only He can. 🙏

Sanctity of Life 2026 - January 18th

Since 1990, The HOPE Center Woodstock has stood in the gap and walked alongside
women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy and providing compassionate care. The mission of equipping pregnant women to choose life remains the same. Because of our generous supporters and partners, we are able to provide pregnancy tests and ultrasounds at no cost, and provide resources through our parenting program until their child’s second birthdate. 

Every life is valuable and created in the very image of God. We are grateful to the Lord for His provision as we continue to stand for the pre-born, moms, and families facing challenging circumstances, reminding them that they are not alone. They are seen, heard, known, and loved from the first moment they enter into our care, no matter what path they are walking. We want all generations and cultures to know encounter Christ, love and grace, leading them to recognize God or deepen their relationship with Him.

The HOPE Center Woodstock loves having students for a visit!
Today, we were honored to have a group of students from North Cobb Christian School serve as part of their Spring Term service week. The morning began with a tour of our Options Medical Mobile ATL, Options Medical Clinic, learned how we support women and families faced with an unplanned pregnancy through our Parenting Program and served at our Seeds Thrift Boutique organizing Christmas items for 2026, and hung clothing for our upcoming Blowout Sale on March 7th! They even blessed us with a generous donation of diapers and baby items for our clients who are in the parenting program.

Thank you for your partnership in serving this ministry, which helps continue the mission of The HOPE Center of equipping pregnant women to choose life.
