Hi, I’m Bridget! The hands, heart, and soul behind Serene Complexions ✨

I’m a holistic esthetician, a proud mama of three beautiful children, and a lifelong seeker of soulful connection. I’m also a triple Ta**us 🍃Which I feel means I was made for this slow, sacred work. I treasure beauty, nature, ritual, rest, and the kind of nourishment that touches all layers of being.

My path has been anything but linear ~ woven with love, loss, heartbreak, resilience, and rebirth. Those lived experiences are what allow me to hold this sacred space so personally for others 🫶🏻

I grew up surrounded by my parents’ gardens~ lush with herbs, flowers, and buzzing life. It was there that I first fell in love with the quiet, healing language of plants. That reverence flows into every facial I give ~ through wildcrafted oils, mineral-rich hydrosols, and seasonal botanicals chosen to support both skin & spirit 🌸

My work is more than skin-deep. I blend botanical skincare, intuitive touch, and energy work to create a sanctuary where you feel seen, safe, and deeply restored. A space where the busyness of life fades away and you’re left floating in a parasympathetic dream world 💫

I hold this space especially for the tired mamas, the devoted fathers, the overextended souls who carry so much. In a world that rarely pauses, I offer a moment to exhale 🌬️

Outside my space, hiking in the forest, dancing to reggae in my kitchen, playing baseball in the backyard, tending my garden, or splashing in the sea with my kids. I’m also a total foodie!! Feed me sushi, take me to a cafe or hand me something sweet, and I’m in my happy place 🍣🥰
