That means one less hour of sleep… and for little ones, that can feel like a lot.

🌙 Start shifting bedtime 10–15 minutes earlier a few nights before
🧸 Keep bedtime routines consistent
🌞Open blinds in the morning to help reset little body clocks
💛 Give everyone (including yourself) a little grace
