Truth: Fed is best. Always. 💙

⏰ Daylight Saving Time Reminder, Woodstock Parents! 🌙

Don’t forget — clocks “spring forward” this weekend!

That means one less hour of sleep… and for little ones, that can feel like a lot.

But we've got your back, here are a few helpful tips 👇

🌙 Start shifting bedtime 10–15 minutes earlier a few nights before
🧸 Keep bedtime routines consistent
🌞Open blinds in the morning to help reset little body clocks
💛 Give everyone (including yourself) a little grace

If your child already struggles with sleep, this time change can temporarily make things tougher but it won’t last forever.

Shannon Dobson is absolutely amazing—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen and make sure I feel confident as a parent. Because of the care we receive here, I happily drive over 45 minutes and refuse to switch practices. The staff is wonderful, the environment is welcoming, and I always know my kids are in the best hands. If you’re looking for a pediatric office that genuinely cares about your children, Woodstock Pediatrics is it."
