At the heart of my work is creating a space where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themself. All you need to do is make the first step, and I will take it from there. Together, we will nurture your body and feed your soul with lots of TLC, relaxation, and healing.

I offer Reiki and the Ancient Black Pearl Technique, thoughtfully combined with aromatherapy, to support stress reduction, emotional processing, and deep, restorative healing.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I provide both individual and small group classes, allowing for a more personal, supported learning experience for those called to deepen their practice.

My Sacred Alignment Readings are a unique, intuitive experience—guiding you back to your own inner knowing, clarity, and wisdom through a curated and participatory approach.

I also weave essential oils and herbs into my sessions, creating a multi-sensory healing experience that nurtures both body and spirit.

Throughout the year, I offer classes and workshops with a variety of themes—each designed to inspire, educate, and support your personal journey.
