Meet Our Outstanding Optician – Kelly Ianniello 👓

With over 31 years of experience in customer care and the optical field, Kelly Ianniello brings unmatched expertise and heart to Eyes On Towne Lake. Her career began alongside Atlanta’s top Oculoplastics and Retinal Surgeons and Ophthalmologists, where she served as an ophthalmic and surgical technician.

Kelly’s background spans every facet of an optometric practice — from business management and insurance billing to patient pre-testing, visual therapy, and expert optical care. As a seasoned optician, she excels in eyeglass selection, frame styling and adjustments, troubleshooting, contact lens fittings, and even crafting lenses with precision.

A proud graduate of Georgia State University with an Associate Degree in Business Management, Kelly is also SECO International certified in billing and coding. Best of all, she’s a friendly face you might recognize — Kelly is a Towne Lake resident who cares deeply about the community she serves.
