We have some fresh frozen Elderberries from our Elder grove available by the pound for local pickup - we fresh froze them the day of harvest (!) and vacuum sealed them for keeping the medicine strong. Good work is done. 🕯 32$/lb 🕯for your fresh syrup, honey, and tea/infusion creations from berries dispensed by the spoon or cup full right from your freezer for small batching through the winter as needed.

We scored fresh black walnut hulls this year and I decided to use a grater this year to harvest the hull rind fresh for tincture making.

Black walnut is a native northeastern tree full of strong presence and medicine.

We leave the nuts back outside for the squirrels.

10-12 nut hulls grated make about 1 quart of tincture.
