Our Story

Modern Dermatology Atlanta LLC was founded in 2017 by Naga Meduri, MD, FAAD. Our mission is to deliver individualized care using evidence-based therapies to restore, maintain, and enhance the health of skin, hair, and nails. We believe in empowering our patients to make informed decisions through a comprehensive discussion of diagnoses and treatment options. Dr. Meduri is a board-certified dermatologist. She graduated from Albany Medical College with her medical degree in 2002. She completed her dermatology residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2006. Prior to founding Modern Dermatology Atlanta LLC, Dr. Meduri practiced for over 10 years as a physician member of Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group in Chicago, Illinois and The Southeast Permanente Medical Group in Atlanta, Georgia where she focused on all aspects of dermatology including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She served as a volunteer faculty member at both UT Southwestern and Northwestern University School of Medicine. Dr. Meduri is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatologic Surgery, the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatology Association. She holds consulting privileges at Piedmont Atlanta, Piedmont Mountainside, Northside Atlanta, and the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
