Our Free Flow Fitness Method combines strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance, plus 12-week routines for engaging, effective workouts. Hustle House Health & Wellness is a one-of-a-kind Personal Training and Small Group Personal training
functional fitness studio. Our main focus at Hustle House Health & Wellness is to make
sure you feel your best both physically and mentally. We are here to make life easier
through movement and healthy eating while working out in a fun and safe
environment. We want to help you live your life 100% to the fullest! We utilize our Free Flow Fitness Method with individually designed fitness goals for
clients of all ages (mobility, strength, weight, health) while finding what brings you joy in
life (cooking, music, sports, art). We bring a new twist to the traditional 1-hour session, fitting in:
 Stretching/Flexibility Training - through breathing/stretching
 Strength Training – utilizing barbell, dumbbell & kettlebell
 Cardiovascular Training - incorporating bike, ski, row & jump rope
 Body Weight Training - gymnastics, push-ups, pull-ups & sit-ups
 Balance/Spatial Awareness Training, my personal favorite - using Revolution
Balance boards

We pride ourselves on offering all of this in a 1-hour session while you receive methods
of modification for all levels of fitness under the guidance of Owner/Head Trainer Matt
Ribley. Your happiness is our main goal here at Hustle House Health & Wellness. We strive to
keep our work outs modifiable to every level from beginner, all the way to pro-athlete
and everything in between. We’ve created four different 12-week routines that are offered throughout the year:
 Gymnastics Routine
 AMRAP Routine
 Strength Routine
 Cardio Routine

At the beginning of each routine, your starting point is established so at the end of each
12-weeks you can track your progress. The elements of the program are continually
changed so getting bored is not an issue and you achieve maximum results by keeping
each work out constantly varied. We strive to maintain a warm and welcoming vibe for all clients where motivation,
positive coaching and correction help you become the healthiest and happiest version

✨ Welcome Coach Staci to the Hustle House Team! ✨

We are so excited to officially welcome Staci Seiz as the newest member of our Hustle House Coaching Staff!

Staci has been training with us for the past six months and has spent the last few weeks shadowing classes — now she’s ready to jump in and share her expertise and friendly energy with our community.

Staci will be leading morning classes two days per week, and we know you’re going to love her positive spirit and passion for fitness.

A little about Staci:
🥋 She began her martial arts journey at just seven years old and has spent the last 20 years training.
🥋 She’s a 5th Degree Black Belt and head instructor in a blended martial arts style.
📚 A Kennesaw State alum, she even founded the school’s International Martial Arts Club, which is still going strong today.
💪 She’s passionate about growth, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.

Outside of coaching, Staci enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

That’s a wrap on our 6-week mobility workshop with the Etowah softball team! 🥎💪

A huge thank you to the coaches for trusting us to help get these athletes ready for the season. It’s been an honor to work with such a hard-working, coachable group of girls.

Our goal was to give them tools they can use all season long — from mobility work and movement prep to the importance of active recovery. Staying healthy and strong is the name of the game, and we’re proud to be a small part of their journey.

Your gut health plays a critical role in your overall well-being — influencing digestion, immune function, energy levels, and even mental clarity. At Hustle House Health and Wellness, we emphasize gut health as a key factor in training and recovery.

Here’s how you can support it:

🔹 Exercise and Gut Health
Regular physical activity increases microbial diversity in the gut, which supports immune health and reduces systemic inflammation. Strength training and conditioning can also improve motility and digestion — helping your body function more efficiently.

🔹 Nutrition First

Most of us already *know* what to do. Drink more water. Move your body. Eat real food. Get sleep. Stress less. But knowing and *doing* are two very different things — especially when life is busy, motivation is low, or you just don’t know where to start.
