BEE RELAXED

Bee Relaxed is a slower-paced yoga class that combines elements of restorative and yin yoga. With a focus on the breath and taking time to slow down, it is a great option for anyone looking to unwind and let everything go. This is often recommended as a great class for beginners as well. This class is accessible for anyone regardless of fitness or experience level. BEE ENERGIZED

Bee Energized is a multi-level yoga class that combines elements of vinyasa and hatha yoga in a fun atmosphere. A flowing sequence of poses will focus on connecting movements to the breath in order to increase strength, energy and flexibility. This is the perfect class for everyone. Variations and modifications are a fundamental part of this class; it is a great option for beginners and experienced yogis alike. BEE BALANCED

Bee Balanced is a combination of the Bee Energized and Bee Relaxed classes. The class will integrate a gentle flow with restorative yoga. BEE STRONG

Bee Strong is a faster-paced vinyasa class offering more challenging asanas and transitions. The class will build heat and experiment with a deeper practice both physically and mentally. Yoga postures and movement will be connected with the breath throughout this practice. This class is recommended for anyone looking to build strength and seeking a challenge in their yoga practice. BEE POWERFUL

Bee Powerful is an energetic and challenging practice, which connects breath to movements. This class is taught in a heated room. Classes are based on Baron Baptiste power vinyasa tradition. The sequence will build heat, increase flexibility and strength, and lift your spirit. This class is perfect for anyone willing to sweat and be challenged in their yoga practice. BARRE FLOW

BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance and flexibility into one invigorating workout. The focus on posture and form and the smooth transitions between exercises will help even the most busy minded student become more present as concentration is necessary to get the most out of this class. BarreFlow will help you achieve a balanced body and a quiet mind

**All classes are multi-level. Modifications and assists are always available. Classes are $10 drop in or $70 unlimited monthly, cash/check/card/Venmo

As I reflect on 14 years 💛

I didn’t plan on opening a studio the first week of April. In fact until 2 weeks before we opened this was not the plan at all. But here I was a space, a logo, a schedule and the desire to share what I love. But I do think it’s perfect that it happened the first week of April.
Because the energy of April of one of awakening, movement and emergence. Letting go of what no longer fits or serves and creating space for something new.

April invites gentle participation in life again.
One step. One opening. One small emergence at a time.

Move gently toward what is calling you.

April carries the energy of becoming. After months of inwardness, something begins to shift, not yet fully formed, but undeniably alive.
Nature stretches towards light again. Growth appears in small quiet ways before becoming visible everywhere.

And now 14 years later we are here because you show up. Without expectation or force. Not chasing the next new shiny thing but finding a commitment to yourselves through your practice. We show up authentically and put into action the principles of the practice both on and off the mat. I am so grateful to share this with you all.
One step, one opening, one small emergence at a time to be inspired…over and over again. 💛

Just some Wednesday night movement

Wednesday night bee strong is one of my favorite classes. I get asked often “is it hard?”or “can I handle it?” and the answer is yes to both
It is a challenging class sometimes because we might move a little faster, or maybe it’s because the transitions are different or maybe because we focus on a peak pose and spend a few weeks workshopping it and practicing it. But the basic foundation is the same as any other class and modifications and variations are alway there for you when you need them.

You might that you surprise yourself or at the very least see what potential your body has to move and explore shapes
