Woke up to this beautiful message this morning 🥹
This client came in carrying a lot, like so many busy moms, she was trying to do it all while holding onto layers of physical and emotional stress.
Within the first five minutes of her consultation, I chose to slow things down and really connect. When we take the time to listen to the body and the person we can better understand the true goal of the session. Because sometimes, what we’re feeling isn’t just physical discomfort. Stress, overwhelm, and mental fatigue often show up in the body as pain and tension.
That’s exactly why I created this space; a place where it’s okay to not feel okay, and where healing can happen on multiple levels.

She received a 60-minute massage followed by a detox sauna session. Before her visit, she was experiencing daily headaches and migraines, significant neck and shoulder blade tension, and sciatic nerve pain. After her session, she reported only a mild headache and slight remaining tension in the trapezius area which is a meaningful shift in just one visit.
When we allow the body to relax and the nervous system to reset, it can create powerful changes. Stress reduction isn’t just a luxury it’s an essential part of overall wellness.
