Starting Point Behavioral Health Services Starting Point provides outpatient behavioral health services. We currently accept HealthChoice, United, BCBS and Soonercare. Soon we will accept Aetna.

Our goal is to provide high quality mental health services to kids, adults, and families in Northwestern Oklahoma.

So what does interfering with your daily life or the things you enjoy look like? Or feel like? Well, it truly is different for everyone however some ways that might manifest are:

👉🏼Feeling on-edge while doing activities you normally enjoy doing– like shopping or maybe cooking or even taking a walk.
👉🏼Feeling disconnected from your family or friends because of you’re focus is on how you might feel or are currently feeling anxious.

If you feel yourself adopting some negative emotions, take a moment to acknowledge what you're feeling. Then, remind yourself of what is actually in your control and what is out of your control. Focus on what you can control. This helps you to see the bigger picture and place the responsibility where it truly belongs. Look out for new doors and opportunities to open once you come to terms with what is in your control.
