March Staff Spotlight: Chrystal Vineyard
This month, we are proud to spotlight Chrystal Vineyard, our incredible Regional Billings and Collections Manager!
Chrystal has been an essential part of our team since the very beginning. When Arron first opened the clinic, Chrystal stepped into the opportunity to serve as Front Office Manager — and from there, she helped build the strong administrative foundation that supports our clinics today.
Now serving as our Regional Billings and Collections Manager, Chrystal works remotely from home but is always ready to come in whenever she’s needed. Her role supports clinics stretching all the way from Alaska to Florida, which means no two days are ever the same — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She loves that her work constantly brings something new, whether it’s solving a challenge, training new staff members, or learning something different each day. Her willingness to grow, adapt, and support others is one of the many reasons she is such a valued leader on our team.
Outside of the office, Chrystal’s greatest joy is her family. She treasures time with her grandkids, lovingly calling them her reward for raising her own children. In the springtime, you can often find her working in her flower beds, enjoying the season of renewal and watching everything bloom and grow — a beautiful reflection of the growth she helps cultivate within our organization as well. ⭐️
We are incredibly thankful for Chrystal’s dedication, heart, and leadership. Our team is stronger because of her, and we are so grateful she is on board with us. 🫶
