💚 Our hearts are with the Woodward-Granger community.

Inside Out Wellness and Advocacy extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends, classmates, and staff who are grieving such a devastating loss.

We know that moments like this can bring up many emotions — sadness, confusion, fear — and that everyone processes grief differently.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kate 🌟

We’re proud to shine this week’s Employee Spotlight on Kate, a compassionate and dedicated member of our InsideOut Wellness and Advocacy team. Kate works as a Mental Health Professional and works alongside the Waukee Police Department. Her impact is both powerful and deeply appreciated.
Kate shared that her proudest moment is "helping people who don't have the time or ability to recognize they need it and seeing them realize their potential."
When it comes to self-care, Kate keeps it simple and restorative with “spa days and movie nights,” and she enjoys “driving, shopping with friends, and watching TV” in her free time. Her ability to balance care for others with joy and compassion is something we truly admire.
Thank you, Kate, for all that you do and for being such a passionate and confident presence at InsideOut. We’re so grateful to have you on our team!

What a fantastic day last Friday at our Putting Stigma to Rest Golf Outing! We’re grateful for everyone who came out to support mental health awareness and helped make the event a huge success.
