Why I use organic jojoba oil during treatments:

Won’t clog pores
Antibacterial
Can help minimize fine lines & wrinkles

To sum up, a better question would be why wouldn’t I use jojoba oil during treatments?! 😍

When we’re carrying tension, it can be nearly impossible for it to leave us if we don’t create the space to release it.

Slowing down
Taking a moment for ourselves
Eliminating distractions
Being still
Focusing on breath

… doing these things help to create an environment where our tensions can leave us.

This is one of the goals behind why I created the Nourish Ritual. Often it’s helpful to have someone come alongside us to help create the space we need to let go.
