Tammy Willingham Loomis is a Doctorate Nurse Practitioner who decided to open her own independent office to serve Woodward and the surrounding area with affordable health care. She does Family Care and Urgent Care at her new location, 1220 7th street in Woodward. She is taking new patients for Primary Care and all patients with an urgent need. She accepts walk ins or you can call for an appointment at (580) 290-5112 or 580-254-3136. The clinic is open from 9 am to 7 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday.

We currently take Medicare, Medicaid, and many different kinds of insurance. Tammy does a sliding scale for patients who do not have insurance. Sliding scale is $35-$75 for an office visit, based upon proof of house hold income. Do not want to bring any proof of income, no problem, cash price visit is $75, labs and tests are not included with visit price. Labs can be drawn and results are usually available the next day. Tammy works hard to make your medications affordable, stop paying high prices for medical care come give us a try.
