Just found out today that Alice Collins had passed away a couple weeks ago. If you have been with us from the beginning, you would have met Dr. Collin’s wife, Alice. Alice taught me everything I needed to know in order to take over for her as Dr. Nielsen was taking over for Dr. Collins. She was a great soul and we will miss her.

Dr. Nielsen will be out of the office next week June 30-July 4th. There will be someone here to answer phones for scheduling and you can still come in for your vitamins Monday-Thursday. Enjoy your holiday!!

We are still ironing out some bugs with the new system, but several people have expressed wanting to be able to check in with their phones before they come in the day of their appointment.

We apologize for those that got multiple text message reminds or some by accident today. The old system and the new system were both sending them out. Hopefully we have it fixed. Please let us know if it is not.

Just a heads up… tomorrow (Feb 19) our current medical software will be transferred to a new software. We willnot be able to take credit card payments tomorrow. On Thursday (feb20th) we will be working on our new software. We have prepared and trained however, please be patient with us.

Changes you will notice as a patient:
- everyone will be set up with text message reminders that will go out the day before your appointment.
- all personal pay patients will have a self check in procedure once they arrive at the office. We will be happy to help you with this process.
- forms will be available to fill out on your devices but also on pen and paper.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but we feel this will make things more streamlined in the future.
