This week, we had Madison with We Are AMP Iowa stop by campus and do a workshop with our boys. They created vision boards, which help you see your goals, feel them, and stay aligned with the version of yourself you’re becoming. When you can see it every day, you start moving like it’s already yours. Thank you to Madison and the rest of the AMP team for supporting our boys! ✏️ 📖

Last weekend, our staff participated in the Fight For Air Climb in Des Moines. This is an annual, national fundraising stair-climb event organized by the American Lung Association to support research, education, and advocacy for lung health. Participants climb the stairs of iconic skyscrapers and stadiums to raise funds for diseases like asthma, COPD, and lung cancer. We were so grateful to be a part of this special event. Thank you to all of our staff who participated and made donations! ! 💪🏽

🌟 Happy Social Work Month! 🌟
Today—and every day—we celebrate the incredible social workers who show up with courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the people and communities they serve.

You are the steady voice in moments of crisis, the advocate when someone feels unheard, the problem-solver when challenges feel impossible, and the hope-bringer when hope feels out of reach. Your work is often unseen, but its impact is undeniable.

Thank you for:
• Holding space for healing
• Fighting for equity and justice
• Empowering individuals to reclaim their stories
• Showing resilience in the face of overwhelming need
• Leading with heart, empathy, and integrity

Your dedication changes lives in ways that ripple far beyond the moment. The world is better because of you. Thank you for all you do. 💛

Today, Woodward Academy is a 248 bed residential treatment program for male youth. Woodward Academy offers three different residential programs ranging from 90 days to 18 months working with students from 12 to 18 years of age.
