Landmark Medical Center appears to not be a 501c3 charity hospital. But they both advertise they are and call themselves a for profit. They cannot be both. False billing for services not received, capturing patients in the ER so they can put them inpatient for days weeks or longer for their own profit, is reported. This constitutes more than unethical hospital administration practices, it constitutes human rights violations.

It is a personal blog with personal opinions regarding this hospital. It is intended to to be for the benefit of the public. It is our beliefs that no one should be placed inpatient in a hospital, especially for psychiatric reasons, when they are best served outpatient, in the community or have no medical condition that requires any medical intervention. This hospital has a locked ward that has no rights to hold patients. The Bill of Rights for Patients show all deserve respect, choices of their medical care, and rights of freedom. The falsify medical tests, falsify diagnosis and give wrong treatments, endangering one’s safety and possible life. Without chart correction, false diagnosis are transferred to other hospitals which may lead to wrong treatment resulting in death. It is a crime to falsify medical charts. The staff at this hospital are violating persons rights, as exposed in multiple lawsuits against them. Prime healthcare supposedly owns the hospital but they also removed their corporate ties in 2021 in one filing. Providers at CCA and other doctors, EMS and clinics admit them to the hospital without cause. Doctors may have helped patients over the years, but the facility is falsifying that they are a long term Behavioral Health unit and rehab. They are overcharging Medicare. This page has pages of corporate filings we found publicly on the Secretaryof State websites. We hope this page will serve as a notice to the public to stop before being admitted here to an acute care hospital that is not licensed or accredited as a psychiatric hospital. It is hoped psychiatrists from CCA and other providers will stop the pipeline admissions and respect the patients individual rights to receive the best support possible in the community. Be safe.
