Meet Andrew! Our newest member of the MPOWER TEAM!!
Andrew is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, currently finishing his Master’s in Human Nutrition. After years of helping friends, family, and online clients, he’s now working in-person to help more people reach their health and fitness goals.
With a background as an endurance athlete, former chef, and someone who's been through his own weight-loss journey, Andrew brings a well-rounded, relatable approach to training. He focuses on nutrition, strength, mobility, habit-building, and performance, and works with a wide range of clients aged 15 and older.
Whether you're a former athlete, total beginner, or somewhere in between, Andrew tailors each program to fit your needs. He's big on creating sustainable routines, realistic goals, and making the whole process enjoyable. From running your first 5k to building better eating habits or getting stronger, Andrew’s here to help you make real progress.
