Beth Chesed Haiti : Orphanage & Family Center

Beth Chesed Haiti : Orphanage & Family Center Beth Chesed is a Messianic orphanage and family center in Caracol, Haiti. He sought money... but money we do not have. Halleluyah! (Deut 11:13-15).

Torah4Haiti is a Messianic Jewish work called to usher in G-d's restoration of Haiti through its love of Yeshua (Jesus) and embracing of Torah. It started with the Lord entrusting a Haitian orphanage to us, a Messianic Jewish community located in Rhode Island. Through our journeys to Haiti to care for our orphans, we have seen signs and wonders that have us believe that Adonai (the LORD) seeks to heal that broken nation through its learning and keeping of Torah. We do not forget the time that a Haitian farmer showed us his dry, unyielding, parched land. We requested that he and his workers rest on Shabbat (the 7th day, Saturday). After much debate, and not understanding why, they reluctantly agreed to do this for one year. We returned a few months later, only to find this same parched land was now yielding so much vegetation that the owner not only had enough for himself, but he was giving food away to his neighbors. The LORD is clear in His instructions. If you keep His commandments, He will cause the ground to bring forth its produce, He will bring rain, and we shall have food to eat. The nation of Haiti is in need of food! The answer to the poverty that Haiti experiences is not in America, not is it well-intentioned missionary groups. The answer lies in G-d's commandments. We believe that teaching the Haitian people to farm their lands according to the ways of Adonai, that G-d Himself will keep His promise to bless those who keep His commandments, and this broken land will see restoration. Visit us at our orphanage's website, http://www.bethchesed.org to sponsor a child for $20/month or to donate to this end-times work of Adonai.

We are extremely heartbroken to report that Beth Chesed was broken into again during the night as everyone was sleeping. Thank God once again no one was hurt! Sadly the new water pump purchased just a few months ago was among the stolen items so we are going to need to replace that as quickly as possible. Gangs are everywhere now and it's so sad that we are no longer safe. Please pray that God protects us while we are working securing the property. Read more here:

We were heartbroken once again to hear this morning from our Director, Hernst, that while they were sleeping Sunday, September 15, thieves once again broke into the orphanage. This time they stole the new water pump, which was replaced just a few months ago as the one that worked the well for over...

Burglary at Beth Chesed... From our Director, Hernst:
About 2am Friday, August 30, while the children and staff were sleeping, some thieves got into our yard and came inside through our kitchen window. They had loaded a wheelbarrow with two of the children's bicycles and some other items, and they had tried to take our new water pump that we use to water or garden and food. Just as they were getting ready to leave the yard, Adonaï woke me up. When I went outside and saw them, I ran after them and they left the wheelbarrow with all they had put on it. They were able to get away with some phones, bags and some clothes in their backpacks. We thank God that no one was hurt and nothing seriously damaged! Read more: https://shorturl.at/mMhmB
