Grief is not linear. It does not come with a check list, nor does it present in easily definable stages for each person. Grief is messy. It is painful. It is unpredictable.

You do not have to experience grief and loss alone. If you need someone to sit with you in the dark, we have time for you!

When we name what we feel, our brain begins to regulate it.
💬 Try saying: “I feel overwhelmed,” “I’m noticing sadness,” or “This is anxiety.”

✨☁️Thoughts come and go like clouds. You don’t have to believe every one. Practicing noticing your thoughts—without judgment—can bring freedom and calm. Another benefit of paying attention: the more you notice, the more you become aware of your own patterns, which can give you even more distance from them.
