My husband has been complaining that he can't breathe due to a stuffed up nose. I put him in my salt chamber and now, no more stuffed nose! 15 minutes or less to be able to breathe. Here is a link to a video done by 2 dermatologists who did research on LED masks and their opinion on whether or not they work and are worth it. It is interesting that they both expected to say that the masks were just another gimmick but they both were surprised at the research they found and now actually regularly recommend the lights.
