MCR Speech Therapy, LLC Our goal is to help children build their communication skills to engage in the world around them. Hello! I have always had a passion for working with children.

My name is Meridith and I have been a speech-language pathologist in Ohio for 11 years. It is so exciting to help them meet new milestones and watch them succeed! One of my biggest goals is to help them not only succeed in the classroom, but to learn functional language skills which will help them build friendships, family relationships, and enjoy and engage in their everyday lives. I have experience working with children ages 3-12 with a variety of speech language delays and disorders. Over the years I have worked in elementary and middle school settings as well as outpatient rehabilitation. These experiences have given me extensive knowledge in developing and interpreting Evaluation Team Reports and Individualized Education Plans. If you are interested in continuing your child's speech and language services over the summer or adding to their school year services, I can offer a seamless transition with your child's school based services. I have training in LAMP communication systems for AAC device users and have worked with many children over the years with LAMP WFL on their iPads as well as dedicated communication devices. I have an interest in treating speech sound disorders and am currently completing PROMPT training to assist children with a variety of speech sound production disorders. I look forward to working with you to create tailored therapy plans to help your child succeed!

Jessica McMillan, M.S., CCC/SLP, will be joining MCR Speech Therapy this summer for camps as well as providing private therapy!

Jessica has been a practicing speech-language pathologist in the Wooster area for over 15 years. Jessica has experience in the early childhood setting as well as elementary school, in addition to previous work in the medical setting. Currently, Jessica works with kindergarten through fourth graders at a local elementary school. Her passions in the field are early literacy, vocabulary development, complex speech sound disorders, and multi-sensory learning. Jessica is also a registered yoga teacher and enjoys incorporating mindful movement into her sessions. She is thrilled to partner with MCR Speech Therapy for group sessions this summer and offer private therapy as well!
