Whit's End Community Place Inc. Whit's End Community Place is a non-profit, 501c3, cancer resource foundation that provides FREE Cancer support services at Wooster Community Hospital.

Our mission is to offer assistance and aid to individuals affected by cancer through:

- Offering emotional assistance to patients, families, caregivers, and survivors throughout the entire journey - from diagnosis to treatment, long-term recovery, survivorship, and advanced disease.
- Providing practical education about treatment expectations, managing treatment side effects, coping with the diff

iculties of cancer, and transitioning to life as a survivor.
- Inspiring hope by sharing the collective strength of those who have previously confronted these obstacles.

Whit’s End Community Place is excited to offer the WonderWorks Box from Wonders & Worries, a special toolkit designed to help families talk with children about a loved one’s cancer journey in caring, age appropriate ways.

Families can also receive FREE virtual child life sessions with Kim Flood, Child Life Specialist, for additional support and guidance along the way.
