JOIN US! We have spots open in our Himalayan Salt Cave Yin Yoga class! The class is 1 hour in length in our Salt Cave room so you get a FREE Salt session while you take the class! The class is designed for all body types, experience levels and abilities! No equipment necessary! Our yoga is a chair style yoga that is done in a zero gravity recliner chair! $16.00 per person

What can a Himalayan Salt Session do for you?
I get asked this question alot! Himalayan Salt is a very powerful salt found in the salt mines of the Himalayan Mountains! It contain minerals that our bodies need for maintenance of health!
