We’re all out if gift cards. Sorry!
Grateful for the generous donation that allowed us to help so many!

Catholic Charities received a generous donation and we are blessing the community today. We have a limited amount of additional food resources available beginning at 10 o’clock this morning at St Mary Parish Hall in Wooster.. when they are gone, they are gone!

Mica Fouts, Program Support Administrator/ Therapist in the PSB Program, was recognized by coworkers in Catholic Charities staff meeting yesterday for “reminding me I need the cell phone at Beall to answer calls”. Technology keeps changing and we appreciate all the help our co-workers provide to help us keep up!

Thank you Mica!

Every year, more than 720,000 people lose their lives to su***de — a heartbreaking reminder of how urgently we need awareness, support, and connection.

September 10 is World Su***de Prevention Day, a time to break the stigma, challenge the myths, and encourage honest conversations around mental health and su***de.

At Catholic Charities Wayne County, we're proud to offer the Rise Above program — a strength-based initiative designed to support at-risk youth ages 11–17. With the support of the Wayne County Community Foundation and its Children’s Fund, Rise Above focuses on skill-building, emotional wellness, substance use awareness, and su***de prevention.

The program also offers a parallel track for parents and caregivers — because real healing happens when families grow together.

If you or someone you know could benefit from Rise Above, please call (330) 262-7836 to learn more.

If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline at 988 — help is always available.
