Revival will be facilitating an ongoing group for maternal mental health, the 3rd Tuesday of each month, beginning 3/18. I am currently able to accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Quest and Carelon. For anyone whom I don’t accept their insurance at the time, I would be happy to work with on what is feasible for them expense wise and they are welcome to reach out and discuss that with me prior to any commitment.

This will be focused on pregnant mothers and those in their first year post partum. Topics that will be focused on include:

Mental health
Self Care
Sleep challenges
Physical recovery from birth
Baby care routines
Adjusting to Parenthood, and
Relationship Transitions
