Twin Oaks Dermatology & Eye Surgery is independently owned and operated by Board Certified Dermatologist, Shane Clark M.D., and his wife, Board Certified Ophthalmologist Sireesha Clark M.D. Dr. Shane Clark specializes in all aspects of medical and surgical diseases of the skin, hair and nails including skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss. Dr. Sireesha Clark manages a broad array of eye diseases, including cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Today, we proudly celebrate a remarkable milestone — Amy Lentz’s 10-year anniversary with Twin Oaks!

For the past decade, she has been the heart of our team, bringing expertise, compassion, and consistency to patient care each and every day. As an ophthalmic technician, she has played a key role in ensuring smooth diagnostics, supporting Dr. Clark, and — most importantly — making our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly heard.

She exemplifies professionalism, teamwork, and a deep commitment to excellence in eye care. We are incredibly grateful for her contributions and the positive impact she has made over the years.

Shane Clark, M.D. is a local graduate of Dalton High School where he was honored as Valedictorian. Dr. Clark continued his education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, majoring in zoology and graduating summa cm laude. He then received his medical degree from The Ohio State University, where he again graduated at the top of his class. While at Ohio State, Dr. Clark was a junior inductee in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society - the highest academic honor in medical school. Following medical school and his internship, Dr. Clark entered his residency training at The Ohio State University Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Clark is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Shane Clark specializes in all aspects of medical and surgical diseases of the skin, hair and nails including skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss.

Sireesha Clark, M.D. is a graduate of Westlake High School in Cleveland, Ohio where she graduated at the top of her class. She studied sports medicine at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where she was named Outstanding Sports Medicine student for exceptional contributions to research and teaching. Dr. Sireesha Clark continued her education at the Ohio State University College of Medicine where she met her husband Dr. Shane Clark. Like her husband, she was named a junior inductee in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society - the highest academic honor in medical school and served as vice president for the Ohio State chapter. She graduated medical school as magna cm laude. Dr. Clark completed her ophthalmology residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Clark is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
