🕒 The Power of Routine & Mental Health 🕒

Having a consistent daily schedule can play an important role in supporting mental health. Regular sleep times, meals, work, and moments of rest help create structure, reduce stress, and provide a sense of stability—especially during times of uncertainty.

A routine doesn’t have to be perfect or rigid. Even small, consistent habits can make a big difference over time. If today feels overwhelming, start with one simple step and build from there.

You are not alone, and support is always available. 💙
