Restorative Yoga with Reiki is back next Sunday 3-4pm!

Join Lexy for a relaxing afternoon in restorative postures accompanied by Reiki and surrounded by candles and meditative music.

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that allows participants to relax into postures for longer periods while they focus on quieting the breath & mind.

Lexy will provide Reiki for all those who would like to receive. She will end class with a Yoga Nidra meditation and each participant will receive a healing stone specially chosen for that evening’s class.

Cost is $30 per participant.

Keep in mind, your safety is our biggest priority, if at any time you do not feel comfortable driving or traveling, email us as soon as possible and you will not be charged for a missed visit. If you do not contact us to cancel and the office is open, you will be charged for a missed visit. 24-hour notice is always preferable.

All next day morning appointments (starting before 12pm) will be determined by 6pm the evening before.

All afternoon appointments (after 12pm) will be determined by 10am same-day.

Any cancellations will be emailed and posted on our website and page.

Any self-cancellations or rescheduling can also be done through the website if it’s more than 24-hours before your appointment.
