🌲THYME WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 22nd - JANUARY 13th, resuming normal business hours on Tuesday, January 14th.

🌲It feels bittersweet taking an extended period away from Thyme. Thyme is a second home to us, a place of peace and connection and we are ever so grateful to have cultivated an opportunity to do what we love, in such a special place, one that hardly feels like "work" at all.

🌲We are truly blessed to have a such an amazing community of customers, who have come to feel more like family, and we will miss you during this time. And we always look forward to meeting new people, each with their own story to tell. We will be eager to welcome you all when we return.

🌲But we also look forward to the time of pause winter brings and we are devoted to allowing ourselves time to unwind, relax, reflect and just be. And so it is.

🔪 Ever dreamed of rocking outside, listening to the birds, and whittling in the sunshine? We have! Now we can and we’ll learn from the best!!

🔪 At a recent Wilderness Survival class, Tim, founder of taught us all how to carve our own tent stakes and it was SO much fun! We are eagerly awaiting the arrival date of this class to take right alongside you!

🔪 Need a new hobby for the slower months ahead? Wood carving is an engaging and meditative activity that you can do almost anywhere to calm your mind all while making cool stuff!!!

🔪 Handmade spoons are usable forms of art that will last for years if carved well and taken care of.

🔪 Using provided simple tools: a fixed blade knife, hook knife, saw, and sandpaper, you will be instructed on the techniques of selecting wood, safe carving techniques, and how to care for your new eating utensil.

🔪 You will go home with at least one wooden spoon (students often make more than 1), hand carved by YOU and a whole new skillset to build upon!
