🫖Get your kettles ready!

🫖 In this fun and interactive class we’ll delve into the art of herbal blending for health and learn a simple beginner’s formula to help guide you as you go on to create your own supportive blends for years to come.

🫖 It’s a make and take! Each participant will formulate, create and blend their own custom herbal tea to enjoy at home from the Herbalist’s Choice selection of herbs provided during this class.

🫖 You’ll also learn the ins and outs of three different approaches to using water as an herbal extraction method to create: a simple infusion, a tonic infusion and a decoction.

🫖 Each participant will leave with their very own handcrafted herbal blend (made by YOU, ooo la la!) in a glass jar, printed material of what’s learned and the knowledge and confidence to begin making simple herbal blends going forward.

🌿 In this class, we will touch upon the workings of the neuro-endocrine system as it relates to stress and the role herbal adaptogens and nervines can play to potentially improve stress response and restore balance within, each in their own unique way.

🌿 We’ll discuss a few favorites as you consider which adaptogens and/or nervines may be most supportive to you.

🌿 Learn how to work with these herbs in both the immediate and long term to help support the mind and body for a calmer, more adaptable you.

🌿 All participants will leave with printed material to take home and deepen their knowledge as well as a sample of a handcrafted herbal blend to calm frayed nerves and the recipe to inspire you to continue making at home.

🤓 In this beginner class you’ll learn foundational herbal terminology to help develop your herbal knowledge, enrich your studies and gain more confidence in your home practice.

🤓 You will be familiarized with herbal vocabulary and develop a better understanding surrounding plant parts, herbal preparations, actions and energetics.

🤓 Grasping this foundational language will better prepare you to expand your herbal journey and give you a clearer understanding on how to choose which herbs may be most suitable for your needs.

🤓 Please bring along a notebook as lots of information will be provided. All participants will leave with a printed material to take home and deepen their knowledge.

We will be open regular business hours this week. In addition, we will also be open Sunday 12/21, Monday 12/22 and Tuesday 12/23.

🚨We will be CLOSED from December 24th-January 12th for our winter break. 🚨

🚨We are just full of new product announcements this season!!!🚨

We are really excited about this one! Introducing a new Thyme house-made product…. the GOOD GUT KIT.

In this kit, you’ll find not one, but TWO all organic herbal
blends, each in their own 8 oz glass jar:

A dynamic duo of organic herbal blends formulated with the goal of fostering a healthier and more balanced gut microbiome, minimizing unpleasant digestive symptoms and supporting overall health.

1. GUT broth: Start your day by welcoming the warmth of this light and aromatic hot tea blend to an empty stomach, waking up your digestive system and getting those digestive enzymes flowing. With a curiously alluring taste, this tea is reminiscent of a comforting ayurvedic broth rounded out with a warm clove finish. This is a blend you’ll want to rise and shine for so you can enjoy it in the peaceful, quiet moments of early morning, before the day flows
into a faster pace.

2. GUT nectar: About a half hour or so after you’ve enjoyed your warm GUT broth, you’ll seal in all its goodness with this thicker, nectar textured, gel-like demulcent herbal blend. You’ll simply top this powdered mixture off with cool (or room temperature) water to a Mason-style jar and give her a good shake. Watch as this mixture quickly transforms into a slippery mucilage that works to cool, soothe, protect and support your digestive mucosa.
