Homemade spicy orange tofu over white rice with cucumber slices and pan-fried broccoli + sesame seeds & green onion 🌿🥦 😋

Homemade tastes better! Salad with guac & pita chips! 🥗

🥑 I mash my own avocado for guacamole (store bought slimy dark green guacamole does not do it for me!)

🍞 I make my own croutons at home as well. Chop your leftover bread, drizzle with your oil of choice + seasonings (salt & pepper, garlic powder, nooch, herbs, etc) and air-fry for 5~10 min! You can barely see my salad with all these croutons, but it's under there I promise.

🔪 Side of pita bread (cut pita into triangles, light drizzle of oil & seasonings! Bake or broil for a few minutes til lightly crispy.)

🥗 Dressing is homemade as well (lemon, red wine vinegar, salt, pepp, oil)
