ConnectMed's Camp Cosmos program - free, recurring, group-based sessions that provides a positive, inclusive and community-building environment for kids
and their families. (check out https://connectmed.org/camp-cosmos/). They have a virtual Camp coming up December 10th. They are so much fun and their activity leaders and guest speakers are amazing and all connected to the craniofacial and/or disability community.

Please note that the deadline to register and receive their super popular Activity Kits in the mail is December 2nd.

✨Every Camp Cosmos program seeks to:
📍build self-esteem and facilitate connections and bonding among these children.
📍empower their families to build a network of support among each other and with their treatment teams in a safe, fun, and judgement-free environment.
📍share insight and experiences of speakers and guests who live with and/or advocate for people with differences.

So far this season, the WooSox Foundation has raised over $52,000 for UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center!

No 🌧 was going to stop our caregivers (Kendra Frederick CCLS, CPST, Dr. Sarabeth Broder-Fingert and Dr. Lawrence Rhein) from celebrating the big moment at Polar Park tonight! 🥳
