You were snowed in. Now you are shoveled out. (ALMOST??)
MAYBE your back, hips, or shoulders are yelling at you.
And right about now, your feed is probably serving you
“✨The 3 best exercises to fix your *insert joint here* pain✨”
**(Most likely back pain)**
Here’s the thing:
Those exercises might feel good.
They might even help with short-term tissue prep.
But if your pain is coming from load management issues
or tissue stress that’s exceeded capacity…
Three random movements from someone YOU don't know and who doesn't know YOU - aren’t going to solve the root problem.
Pain after shoveling isn’t because your back or body is “fragile.”
Our spine is designed to bend, rotate, and load.
Movement through your back, or any joint, isn’t dangerous — avoiding it is often what keeps you stuck.
The most powerful form of joint “protection”?
👉 Progressively loading tissues through the range of motion you own.
Not guessing.
Not copying a reel.
But doing it with guidance from a coach, trainer, physical therapist, or other movement professional who understands how to build capacity safely.
So sure — do the stretches.
Do the mobility drills.
They’re great for warming up tissues or allowing them to recover.
But if pain keeps showing up every time life demands more of you…
it’s time to build resilience, not just chase relief.
Your body isn’t broken.
It just needs a better plan.
