Clash is doing a special collaboration with our friends over at on 9/22! We are hosting a FREE workshop from 6pm-7pm so you can learn all about your feet and become a more resilient, more powerful athlete!
🥷 Ninja Feet: Power, Grip & Agility from the Ground Up
Your feet are the foundation of every step, leap, climb, and landing you take. For obstacle course racers and ninja athletes, foot and ankle performance can be the difference between sticking the landing or missing the bar. This workshop dives deep into how the foot’s anatomy, sensory input, and function directly impact athleticism, efficiency, and injury prevention.
You’ll walk away with a stronger connection to the ground, improved awareness of how your feet drive movement, and practical drills to enhance performance and resilience.
In this workshop, we’ll cover:
🦶 Foot Anatomy 101 – understanding the bones, joints, and arches that power every movement
👣 Sensory Input & Proprioception – how your feet “talk” to your brain and sharpen agility, balance, and reaction time
⚡ Functional Foot Mechanics – how the foot and ankle influence running, jumping, climbing, and landing
🏋️ Strength & Stability Training – exercises to bulletproof your feet and ankles against common injuries
🔄 Mobility & Recovery Strategies – keeping your foundation adaptable, pain-free, and ready for high-level performance
🤕 Injury Prevention for Performance Enhancement
